UpdatedMods respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content hosted on or linked from updatedmods.in infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to contact@updatedmods.in including the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) where the material is located.
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported material.
Counter-Notice
If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@updatedmods.in containing your identification, the material removed and its prior location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
Repeat Infringers
UpdatedMods reserves the right to remove content and terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
